PAYMENT METHOD
We use Paypal so you can pay using your credit card, debit card or make a wire transfer and be certain that your financial information is 100% secure. Sales tax is not charged except on applicable items shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%).

SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping and handling costs are as follows: 1-2 pairs of shoes - $10.95, 3-4 pairs - $13.85, 5 pairs or more $16.95.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Chic Chic Kids, you can return it within two weeks from the date of receipt. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Items must be returned unused and in undamaged condition in order to receive refund. Refund does not include original shipping/handling costs or return shipping costs. It takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item(s). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Items on sale are final and are not exchangable or refundable.
